#21.06.2019 Joint metals and glass position paper on the Essential Requirements for packaging
In the context of the EC revision of the Essential Requirements for packaging (stimulating good practices in packaging design suitable for the circular economy), APEAL, Eurofer, Eurometaux, European Aluminium and FEVE have issued a joint position proposing the introduction of a recycling hierarchy that promotes multiple recycling in order to keep the packaging material as long as possible in the circular loop.
