#24.01.2022 APEAL’S “CLOSING THE LOOP ON STEEL PACKAGING IN EUROPE” EVENT TAKES PLACE NEXT WEEK
That all packaging on the EU market be reusable or recyclable in an economically viable way by 2030 is a key objective of the New Circular Economy Action Plan, one of the main building blocks of the European Green Deal.
Endorsed by Commissioner the European Commissioner Sinkevičius (Environment, Oceans and Fisheries) a series of high-level debates will feature representatives from the European Parliament, Council and Commission as well as key figures from industry and NGO’s. The event, organised together with the Parliament Magazine, will take place in Brussels and be simultaneously broadcast online.
