#18.06.2021 APEAL TO JOIN THE SUSTAINABLE STEEL SUMMIT NEXT 22nd JUNE
Alexis Van Maercke, secretary general of APEAL, will join an array of high level representatives from the steel industry at next week’s Sustainable Steel Summit, taking place online 22-23rd June.
It will be a real opportunity to learn what the steelmakers themselves have to say about climate change and how they intend to make greener steel in the near future.
APEAL will be discussing the European Green Deal, and how how steel for packaging fits Europe’s transition to more efficient and circular economy.
