#09.02.2018 APEAL proud to partner NVC’s Zero Food Waste initiative at Anuga FoodTec, 20-23 March in Cologne
APEAL will be supporting the Netherlands Packaging Centre’s conference entitled Fighting food waste together: how to open the potential of better packaging at the forthcoming Anuga FoodTec (20-23rd March in Cologne), on Thursday, 22.03.2018, 10.00 am – 12.00 noon.
Insight will be shared on a range of thought-provoking lectures and debates. Alexis Van Maercke will present the material perspective, detailing the relation between packaging material and the food it contains and how preserving food can help save it, notably with the total barrier and long shelf life associated with steel packaging.
